DAMAGES DURING FREIGHT
Prior to leaving our workshop all product is double-checked
thoroughly by our quality control staff.
Whenever transporting a fiberglass bodykit, there is always
risk of damage. We at GT Autostyle take as much precaution
as seen fit to preserve the product to ensure its safe journey
without applying extra packaging costs. The safety of the
kit is as important to us as it is to you.
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
Yes, we can offer insurance, but at the cost of an additional
15% of the value of the goods and must be paid on purchase
of the bodykit. Please request this on your order, otherwise
goods will be sent without insurance.
PAYMENT
Ok, I'm happy but how do I pay?
Due to an increasing amount of fraud, we ONLY accept direct
payment into our Australian bank account by direct deposit.
All you have to do is deposit the full amount from any bank
of your choice into our Australian bank account.
Process time for international transaction is approx 5-7 working
days. After it has cleared will we send out your parts.

So now you need to send us proof of the bank deposit transaction,
by fax or a scanned copy via email. Any notification with
transaction details is fine. We will then check that the monies
have cleared and send your new parts out.
On the fax or email, you will also need to supply the following
details.

Can we freight it from Australia to USA, ASIA or EUROPE??
Yes we can! We can freight it anywhere in the WORLD, no problem.
We air freight internationally using BAX
GLOBAL couriers. We ONLY use a door to door service to
the majority of all countries. Just ask us! TO ANYWHERE!
HOW MUCH IS JUST THE AIR FREIGHT FOR INTERNATIONAL?
This is an approximate cost for the air freight and delivery
to your door for USA, ASIA and EUROPE. The parts prices are
NOT included, these are freight costs only.
1 front bar (180cm x 60cm x 50cm) $AU550
1 front bar and 1 pair sideskirts $AU650
1 front bar, 1 pair sideskirts, 1 rear bar with wing $AU800
1 front bar, 1 pair sideskirts, 1 rear bar with wing, and
1 bonnet $AU1100.
Maximum air freight is $AU1100.
HOW MUCH IS FREIGHT AND THE BODYKIT?
Well, you already have looked how much the kit you want is,
the price of the air freight is above and you know what country
you live in so just check the currency
converter. The prices are approximate due to currency
fluctuations, but we will verify the exact amount when you
order.
HOW DO WE SEND A BODYKIT OVERSEAS?
EASY! We have sized, cardboard boxes pre-cut with double-stapled
hinges to ensure your bodykit gets there safely. The box sizes
are measured so we can save as many square meters on the airplane.
Afterall, who really wants to pay freight costs? But
we just have to in order to have a one of the most unique
rides in the country!. We pack the boxes neatly and
tightly to save you money.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Not that long! To get it to USA, ASIA or EUROPE the current
flight time table works like this:
Flights leave Sydney International airport on Wednesdays and
Saturdays. So, if your package leaves on a Wednesday, it will
reach your country by Friday. Your package then goes through
the time-consuming process of going through customs. The Customs
process usually takes around 7-14 working days depending which
country and variables such as holiday periods and backlog
may affect the time it takes.
We expect a turn around of ABSOLUTELY NO MORE than 3 weeks.
CAN I TRACK THE PACKAGE?
Yes. We will give you Shipping Tracking Number when your package
is sent overseas. Go to the BAX
GLOBAL website and track where your package is at.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX CHARGES?
Yes, we know they are no fun - but they are neccessary. After
it is cleared, BAX GLOBAL will contact you personally to inform
you they are ready to deliver your parcel. They will also
have calculated from the invoice the customs fee and import
tax charge. We at GT Autostyle have no control of this matter,
it is determined by the laws that govern your country.
Each bodykit import/export will require tax and custom surcharges.
This will vary from country to country.

Having said that - we have used BAX GLOBAL for over three
years, and never had problems with the boxed parcels. It's
very safe and secure for us. All the boxes are labelled "FRAGILE
TOP LOAD ONLY" for our piece of mind.
If for some reason you need to claim, you need to claim within
48 hours of receiving the goods from Bax Global.
